The Spiral 3.1
The first step is admitting you have a problem. The second step is enjoying it.
You know, honey, I think we're moving a little too fast. Getting into all of this kinky stuff without taking the time to enjoy things. We don't want to get bored too quickly, right?
The reality is that there are many different paths down the spiral and trying to tackle them all at once is just plain unreasonable. Luckily for us, no matter what path you take it is going to go down.
Today's Topic: Cum
Ah, yes. Every picture is better with it and even the greatest sights are incomplete without it. But the disappointing aspect, you might say, is that there isn't much you can do with it. Ha, amateurs!
See, you start out innocently enough but the blasted girls just can't keep it all in. And once the cream-filled has broken up your might as well just go for the frosted-glaze. Inevitably you'll spill a little lower, but some girls don't seem to mind and before you know it everyone is joining in. But how are you supposed to do a proper job in that situation? Call in the reserves, of course! They're endless, don'tcha know? Show some restraints and it will make their lives even easier.
But we're missing something, aren't we? There are more places to put the stuff, although you will soon start to run into the problem of limited capacity once again; especially if you encounter a leak. A temporary counter-measure is to resort to other avenues. Combing multiple options is a good bet. Then, try diversifying a little. After all, if you can leave one customer satisfied then you might as well please them all.
Now in order to keep covering everything you'll need to find some new sources of the spunk. Tentacles are a reliable stand-by in times of need and some beasts will be willing to bear the burden. You may even be able to seek out more monstrous helpers. Or, you could just use... food? I guess vegetables really are good for you! Anyways, with all of these allies around you'll eventually get some results, although it might not always be for the reason you expect. In fact you might just be seeing the effects of inflation.

Still Alive
You have permission to commence with the freaking out now.
And that could mean a) freaking out from happiness that I'm actually back and not dead, b) freaking out at me for being a colossal jackass, or c) probably both if you still bother to come here after almost a full year of inactivity.
I would say that Mystic Girl is done but even I can't make that joke at this point. It's still sitting around somewhere, largely where it was when I made the post below this. It's possible I could finish it at some point. It's also obviously possible I could not. I probably should, just as some sort of repentance.
At this point, why did I bother coming back? I'm not sure. I guess just to say thanks to anyone who was sincerely concerned about my health. I don't really deserve that sort of concern. I made a promise I fully intended to keep and I broke it. No excuses, I just outright broke it.
Where was I? What have I been doing? Why didn't I say anything?
The project I was working on before, that kept me from having time to work on Mystic Girl, went poorly. So when it was over my spirit was a little broken and I just didn't want to do it anymore. It took a while for me to get over things. For a while I just didn't do very much, and then I busied myself with other matters.
So here we are almost a year later. I'm doing pretty good now. Happier, healthier, and working on things that are going very well for me. If Mystic Girl can fit into this life somehow it'll get done. That's no promise, though. I'm not making those anymore.
I am, however, going to read through the entire ludicrously long series of comments on that last post. As self-inflicted punishment. =)

Yeah. So, things have not changed since the last time I posted. So, things are going how I expected. Mystic Girl is still on hiatus, but as much as I know it seems like "it's dead! he'll never finish it!" that's not true. AFAIK, I'll be able to start working on it again in 1-2 months. There will be no changes to the release date short of me getting hit by a car or something.
Of course that still means the earliest it can possibly come out is October, so you're in for a bit of a wait regardless of what happens. I would keep your sights set on December though so I don't disappoint you :D

Great Balls of Fire
Hey hey hey, what's up? How's everyone doing? Nice weather, eh?
Yeah, you just want to know about Mystic Girl. Ok, I get it.
To quote one of the comments on my last post: "He has claimed to be lazy. And proved himself to be such." Man, I wish I could just say that again today. I like being lazy -- when you can afford to be lazy, life is going good. But actually I've been working really, really hard. Unfortunately (for you guys) it hasn't been on Mystic Girl. The net result being I haven't really worked on Mystic Girl in the last couple of weeks because booting up Flash when I don't have to is somewhat painful.
You don't have to freak out though, I have a backup plan. It's called that December release date I mentioned earlier. The game will be done this year, but at this rate it being a Christmas present is not out of the question. Ah, such is life. Taking advantage of cool opportunities means putting others on the backburner for a while. Otherwise, you get burned out.
Well I am kind of burned out, so expect my typical substanceless 2-4* week updates about how tough my life is and Mystic Girl is so much work and yadda yadda yadda whine whine whine for the next couple months. Maybe I'll get back to talking about interesting hentai topics like I originally wanted to, since I don't do much writing lately.
In happier news, there's a couple of cool things I can tell you about:
onikain (Mr. Awesome Fanart) has been working on a full-out Demon Girl doujin. I haven't seen it, don't know what it's about, and probably annoyed him by not responding to emails for two weeks but if he finishes it no doubt it will be cool (and very hot).

Another person I probably turned off with lack of email response (double kill!) is a very sexy voice actress for Mystic Girl. But if I can beg for some more samples, that base will be covered (actually I've been thinking of having multiple selectable voices. Because options are good and, you know, I don't have too much work already).
Lastly Battle Jesus put together some Jungle themed music which I might throw in, and I had a chance a while back to play with some music software as well so you may get to hear my ridiculously beginner composing skills at work.
