You may or may not have noticed, but I’m Canadian. And you know, up here in Canada we like to think we’re a pretty fair and righteous bunch of people. All of those crazy fear-mongering laws being put to place in the US (who needs a trial, anyways?), we don’t care so much for that. We’re all about peace and love and tolerance and progressive liberal views!
At least that’s what I thought. But it turns out our Criminal Code is a little more “interesting” than I thought. It also turns out that I’m a felon.
Wait, what?.
You see, I hinted on my site recently that I was looking into making a “Christmas present” for everyone. I don’t know if I’ll have time to update this later, so I’ll just let you know what it is now:

Hurrah! So what’s the problem and how does this lead me into being a criminal?
Well making games of any sort is a complex, time-consuming endeavour. As much as I’d love to be able to continue throwing endless amounts of free stuff around, there are more productive ways for me to spend me to be spending my time than making hentai. So if I was going to continue I wanted to get some tangible pay back from my efforts.
My plan? Create another free hentai game (that is in itself better than Demon Girl) and then create an expanded version which cost a few dollars for a bunch of extra content. Obviously the popular response to this will be “OMG YOU SELL OUT” but I think it is rather fair. And since my games get millions of hits, hopefully I could nab a couple of sales here and there. Everyone else would just pirate it anyways, so I wouldn’t really be restricting access very much. Plus, it all starts with giving a new game away for free, so forgive me for not feeling bad.
But now I would be selling pornography. Or am I? Is hentai pornography? Is there any legal mumbo jumbo I need to go through to legally sell it? This is a serious issue, so I looked into it.
And here we come to the wonderful Criminal Code of Canada. Surely here I can find the information I’m looking for. Wait, no, doesn’t mention a thing about the sale of pornography. It does however bring some new insights that are of interest:
1) Hentai = pornography.
2) Pornography + violence = obscene.
3) Obscene pornography = Corrupting public morals = A criminal offence.
And here I am distributing tentacle rape hentai to millions of people.
Now I’m not a lawyer, and the law seems so ridiculously vaguely worded that I don’t know if it holds any water in court, but I’m still disturbed to say the least. Disturbed enough that the whole plan up there – probably not gonna happen. As soon as money gets involved people start paying attention, and I don’t want attention to lead to me going to jail.
But hey, there’s a catch. If I use the game to portray a political message it suddenly becomes legal again! And all politics is rape of some kind or another. Maybe if I make the tentacles represent ridiculous, outdated laws, and Mystic Girl represent a hentai artist...

i live in canada alberta man...i NEVER thought u would be from canada...anyways i would buy ur game for sure...as for that stupid law who has the right to dictate what is appropriate for me? thats not freedom thats dictatorship and i refuse to be a slave...but i would advise caution in this matter...last thing you need is to draw attention to yourself...however i could see myself spending a couple of bux on it...sadly i only havea debit card and refuse to get a credit card...if u could make it payable via debit card online then i would be willing to shell out cash for ur game...but i would expect it to be well done...ur previous games are good but for cash im going to expect more interactivity...more control over the tenticles and more control over the poor victem...would be cool if u could make it fps :P but lets not get ahead of ourselves...but if u do make it good and found a way for debit card users to pay and it was to my likeing i would shell out the cash for it...as for how much would depend on how well it was made...if it had the graphix of a modern fps like hl2 etc i would shell out 50 to 60 bux for it. (most games of that caliber go for 40bux) but i doubt it will be of that quality mainly cause ur only one guy :P but if its of good quality and such then yah if i have a method of buying it from YOUR site...as for how u would host it thats ur problem...but i live 110 to 150km from the nearest half decent comp store so the only way im going to buy it is if its convenient for me...like online debit card purchase...anyways this is getting long cant wait too see what your commercial product is like...

And well all i can really say is as long as you have it in small writing in the bottom of one of the screens and it says someting along the lines of Tenticles = our political people and the girl = aspiring hentai artist that gets raped up the ass because of our weard laws it is legal. i think.
Still if you said something like that i would even get a laugh outta it. And just to saint you probibly won't be able to buy this game in any retale store because it would be rated A or 18+ and well IT'S PORNOGRAPHY!!! it would be cool to buy it somewhere but no one would take it. glad to see your still breathing and haven't dropped the soap. i hope.

Hey, I seem to remember you mentioning something about double teaming this time round? you know, multiple tentacles having ago, like, say with deamon girl, one set of tentacles grabs her, then a second set comes along, and also has a go for double damage. That still happening?
the main question: where the game will be finished? (how many years will it take? =) )
and payed part is a good idea... but not cutting off the unpayed part... maybe making some password that will unlock some hidden content: arts, showbox (yes, make it paid, hehehe...)

I think that having multiple possible cumshots being possible for different positions (one of the oral ones for example), that allow her to get caught in the same or similar position multiple times and receive a different cumshot each time would be a plus. Anyways, I love ur creative work and I would pay for a little bonus content (gallery?). Keep up the good work!
